A gentle pause from the pace of everyday life; Return to the Table is Wild Earth’s flagship retreat designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and return to yourself—through guided experiences, restorative space, and time to simply be. It is an immersive experience where food becomes medicine, ritual becomes rhythm, and the body remembers how to soften.

Cooking as ritual. Seasonal, whole-food cooking classes

Gentle education on blood sugar balance, energy, satiety and how to stock a “retreat kitchen” at home

Breathwork & Embodiment

Daily grounding breathwork
