Inspired by hearty conversations, communal intention, a deep desire for connection, and the courage to embrace new life experiences, every retreat host and guest who has laughed, cried, and celebrated over shared meals at my table has inspired the birth of this cookbook.
Inside, you’ll find a variety of vegan and vegetarian dishes I’ve cooked on retreat — a space where people gather to escape the ordinary, nourished through food, practices, and community.
From wholesome breakfasts that start your day with intention, to colourful salads, hearty mains, and indulgent treats, every recipe is designed to feed your heart and soul as much as your body. My food is vibrant and nourishing, simple and approachable, and always made with the number-one ingredient: love.

Wild Earth Kitchen honours, respects, and celebrates the bountiful gifts of the earth. All recipes are created using whole foods and are vegan or vegetarian. Suggestions for adding or substituting animal products included. Get ready to be nourished.
