My first cookbook, Eat Like You’re on Retreat, was birthed from the joy of shared meals and is rooted in the laughter that lingers long after the table is cleared. Inspired by two decades of hosting and catering retreats, this collection of vegan and vegetarian recipes is guided by the seasons and inspired by the people I’ve lovingly cooked for. This is an invitation to slow down with me, connect with nature, cook with intention and eat like you’re on retreat — wherever you are.

Homemade Goodies
Find me at Yamba Farmers Market in the Clarence Valley / Northern Rivers of NSW every Wednesday, 7am–11am. Enjoy homemade baked goods including hearty breads, sourdough, bagels, cookies, cakes, tarts, pastries, jarred goods, and my famous hummus and pesto. From Wild Earth’s kitchen to yours, all products are endorsed by Coeliac Australia as gluten free.

I have been hosting transformational cooking, healing, and training retreats for two decades. Wild Earth Retreats are slow and delicious, wholesome and life-altering. Mother Earth feeds us, the breath heals us, and intentional practices remind us of the interconnectedness of all things. We laugh, move, reflect, and remember our own nature through shared experience.

I am a retreat host and caterer, a market-seller, and cookbook author, as well as a holistic breath, body and energy healer.
Food is, to me, an expression of love and heart-centred living. My cooking is an invitation to ceremony — a place where ritual and intention slow you down, allowing you to savour every stir, sprinkle, and lick of the spoon.
My food is rooted in the principles of the earth’s wisdom, focusing on balance, vibrancy, and variety. It welcomes you to reconnect with nature, with yourself, and with the simple joy of nourishing your body and soul.
